Very disappointed, I rang the Merrylands store to inquire about a product, which I know they have and exactly where it is on the shelf. The sales assistant, if you want to call her that, did not help me with the inquiry. She just bluntly said, "No, we don't have it," before checking. I explained to her that I was in the store three days before and I knew where it was, and she said, "100%, I am sure we don't have it." I mentioned it again.
