Heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Zak the kind and caring pharmacy assistant who works here in Priceline Pharmacy Mercato on Bryon who went out of her way and above and beyond to help me during my stay in Bryon. I was treated with care, empathy and respect, definitely great customer care at its finest. Yesterday around 4pm I purchased a few personal products. The male pharmacist was nice and helpful. However when I paid for my products the two young girls with dark hair looked at what I was buying then looked at each other and laughed in my face then both walked away with smirks on their faces. So unprofessional and rude. Have some respect.

Thanks to the pharmacist and staff here for their caring and supportive service. They all went above and beyond to help me find everything I need with a smile. The pharmacist very knowledgeable and experienced. The service was efficient and kind. Cheers

They do not have great prices! Due to a lack of HRT patches earlier this year, I had to change to a cream and pill, that was not government subsidised and quite expensive. This Mercato Priceline charged me $10 more for the same medicine that the Priceline down the street was selling it for. After I got home I called the other priceline and found out about the price difference, then I confronted them. To their credit they did give me a $10 refund, but only after I threatened to go public.
