Poor customer service
As a long-term loyal customer of this pharmacy, I am truly disappointed by my recent experience. I came in needing assistance with my prescribed medication injection, which I am not able to self-administer. Rather than offering support or directing me to appropriate services, the pharmacist repeatedly insisted I simply inject myself at home — completely dismissing my concerns and my inability to do so.
