Very rude staff
I greeted the staff member politely and asked a simple question about which perfume out of three was the most popular. In response, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a very abrupt manner, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. I understand she may have been having a bad day and was trying to answer my question, but the way it was communicated came across as rude. I didn’t feel I had done anything wrong, and the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable.
Today I went to ask for help with a private issue and I felt highly anxious and shy going in, I don’t do well with public noisy places in general, however I went and asked because the advertising says they’re supposed to be friendly and helpful, but I waited for 5 minutes while one person ignored me, and when the pharmacist person came out and left me crying and felt like I had been shamed because of asking, I realised that isn’t true.
