DISGUSTING- I bought a bandage as I recently had to get stitches in my finger and wanted to have a back up on hand. Once I got home I opened the box to a used bloody bandage….I nearly vomited. I took the bandage to the Colonades store as it’s closer to me and they didn’t care whatsoever.

I drove all the way to Marion to buy a Euky Bear vapouriser from this Priceline today. When I got home and opened the box, I found it had already been opened and even contained another customer’s receipt with a fault noted from 25th of June. This is unacceptable, not only was it a complete waste of my time, but it also raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control. I can’t trust what this Priceline is selling if returned or faulty items are being put back on the shelf.

I had an uncomfortable experience at Priceline Pharmacy Marion recently. While at the counter, the staff member (an Indian lady) commented on why I was wearing my mangal sutra (a piece of jewellery) on my wrist instead of as a necklace. This was a personal matter and completely unrelated to the service I was there for. I believe staff should focus on their professional duties and not make unsolicited personal remarks to customers.
