Amazing customer service and knowledge of products and skincare. I was after assistance in skin care for my aging skin and a wonderful, polite and knowledgeable young lady "Bella" helped me and discussed different options for me. Not once did she make me feel insecure.

I had a very disappointing experience with Click & Collect at this store. After collecting my order (worth around $700–$800), I later discovered that 8 items were missing because they had been packed in a separate bag that staff failed to give me. I only realised this once I got home. From there, I had to spend hours dealing with the issue — calling the store multiple times, searching through my home, and even questioning my guests because I was unsure whether the items had been misplaced or taken. Store is great and haven't had an issue before but as i checked out was served by Akaila (not sure on exact spelling) but no smile and a rude demeaner, seemed bothered to be there. Needs a lot of training on customer service
