This is like a pharmacy of old! It's not like a mini-supermarket. Jack, the pharmacist, is very a friendly, empathetic and caring professional. He'll come out from behind the counter to serve and help customers if the other staff are busy. He will take time to answers any questions you might have regardless of how busy he is. All the staff are helpful and friendly. A great business!

I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the care I received at this pharmacy last week. I travelled from Adelaide to spend a few days with friends in Dimboola. However, when I arrived, I realised that I had left behind an important component of my CPAP machine. As I suffer from Sleep Apnoea I was worried. I have a really great experience every time i go into this store; the customer service is also really amazing on the phone! 5 stars! P.S. i did have a problem with a temp chemist that was working here for 2 weeks; however he seems to be a thing of the past, so i wanted to re-write my review, cause he wasn’t nice, but the usual people who work here are really kind & helpful. Thank you Jack, Julie & Lauren for all your help! Hopefully you all get a raise soon; cause you all deserve it! 🏅
