Super disappointed and disgusted with the lack of professionalism at this pharmacy. My mum was a loyal customer for years with a concession, but they thought it was a good idea to accuse my mum of stealing $331 of medications ranging back to 2024! They demanded she pay it on the spot. They have no loyalty which is why the best pharmacist Simon left. We will be taking this further and I will be contacting head office regarding this appaling experience given to my mum. Greed!!!!!!!!
