This large pharmacy has 2 branches located at different levels at Macquarie centre. Both open 7 days a week. Delivery available for local suburb prescription. They sell a variety of health products in addition to prescription medicines. Not usually crowded, friendly service and reasonable prices for the location. Hospital didn’t send the script through, but Cooper was so helpful and actually followed up with them, including multiple calls, and was able to get my script for me in the end. Great customer service!
Very very slow. 45 minutes for a simple script is a huge frustration. Get more staff
Their app is the absolute worst and online service is horrible. It’s shocking that a big company like that in the 21st century has a terrible app and a broken online system. It’s shocking and shameful. The stuff up I am getting with my meds !! The time I spend to order because it’s slow and always freeze !! Is just horrifying
Very disappointing experience at this Priceline on Level 3. I purchased a prescription medication that was priced 1.5 times higher than what I usually pay at other chemists. I returned just 10 minutes later, only to be told by the staff that they do not offer refunds and that there was nothing they could do. The pharmacist and staff were also quite rude throughout the interaction. I strongly recommend avoiding this Priceline.
