Went to this pharmacy to get a repeat prescription but forgot to bring the paper script. Instead of helping or explaining politely, the pharmacist gave us a rude lecture about remembering scripts and spoke in a very condescending tone. It was an uncomfortable experience, a bit of understanding would have gone a long way. I don’t know the pharmacist name but he appeared to be of Asian decent, with glasses and mask working on Saturday around 4pm.
I would highly recommend this place! The staff and pharmacist were so kind and caring. They go above and beyond for their customer's. Amazing service.
Last year, I went to the upper MQ priceline for the HPV vaccine while I was under 26 years old, which is covered under the government scheme. As I had only had one dose as a child and hadn't completed the full three doses. However, the pharmacist insisted I had to pay and that the scheme was not, in fact, current. Even when I tried to push back, I was ignored and talked down to, so I paid out of pocket for 250 dollars. This large pharmacy has 2 branches located at different levels at Macquarie centre. Both open 7 days a week. Delivery available for local suburb prescription. They sell a variety of health products in addition to prescription medicines. Not usually crowded, friendly service and reasonable prices for the location. I like their pink theme which is attractive. Level ground and aisles are widely spaced. Staff at hand to answer questions. Relatively easy parking at Macquarie centre with 3 hours free. Hospital didn’t send the script through, but Cooper was so helpful and actually followed up with them, including multiple calls, and was able to get my script for me in the end. Great customer service!
