Worst service I have ever received in a pharmacy. Stood at script in counter for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, no other customers in the store at the time. Came back to collect scripts stood there again for 10 minutes, 6 staff in sight of us no service. Went to front counter to pay and stood there for another 10 minutes. I've worked at a chemist that did 1,000 scripts average a day, we always addressed our customers and apologised if scripts took more than 10 minutes. I had an extremely horrible experience. Staff are incredibly rude. Service was slow and there was a manager on duty being extremely disrespectful to a young employee. This is age discrimination (Age Discrimination Act 2004, alongside the general protections of the Fair Work Act 2009). I will not be returning. In addition, I will be taking my business to Chemist Warehouse.
Some of the older ladies/female pharmacists who work at this priceline are very pushy and rude, one woman that processed my friend's script was very unprofessional today. She LOUDLY repeated the dosage amount for a mental health related script in a incredulous tone for all to hear, in the presence of a USYD pharmacist student. This was mortifying. Please train your staff better.
I am waiting almost one hour for the medicine after a dental surgery which even take longer time than my surgery.
The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Revantha, the pharmacist, is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help. He takes the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about providing the best service. I always have a great experience and highly recommend this pharmacy.
