I was told prescription would be over 30 minutes. I couldn’t sit down because of a fractured spine. I had to wobble around in pain waiting. I need to find out that they didn’t have the painkillers in stock The other script was for a patch. They tried to tell me that was not in stock either and then I found it on the shelf. Sorry, but you can’t have sick people going somewhere where they rely on getting critical medical supplies and having this sort of stuff happen it’s just unacceptable especially when you have two stores in... read more

Good service but generic Atorvastatin 20mg was $15.99, which is expensive when it can be bought for less than $10.

Reading the old prescription reviews, this lower Priceline store must have seriously lifted its game. My daughter has complex medical needs from an acquired brain injury and is on multiple prescriptions. I found the 4 staff members I have dealt with to be extremely organised, empathetic and efficient. They even picked up on a mistake the doctor made which could have caused serious implications. They call me to check details before issuing the meds to check it’s correct and they couldn’t be more helpful. Thanks team Priceline

The pharmacist and the staff are too slow! You feel like they don’t even know what they’re doing and they’re just pacing around! There are over 5 staff working there but none can manage the crowd. I had to wait about an hour for them just to print my script and they rudely answered me when i complained about this. Going there is just waste of time and patience!!!

5 Stars To The Pharmacists, Linh, Maggie, Simon, James, Adrian, and Wingie, absolutely the best pharmacists and human beings. Helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Even the front service girls, are absolutely amazing. The only downside of Priceline is their App, which has nothing to do with the store downstairs directly, but generally it does effect them in a way, the app is so slow and crashes all the time, absolute nightmare and I mean it !! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
