Priceline need to advertise their returns policy. I purchased a bottle of B12 after the trainee chemist gave me bad advice due to lack of knowledge and then 4 hours later when I went back to return the product as it was 1/10 the dosage actually required I was told it could not be returned due to not knowing where the shelf branded .. still sealed product was stored. So..priceline doesn't price match chemist warehouse - 40% off I was told that it falls below their profit line. But they have offers of half price on other brands...go figure....

I visited Priceline Pharmacy Macarthur Central today at 12:38 pm and purchased a colour corrector palette and a white eyeliner. I asked the staff for a recommendation on which product was good, but unfortunately, I was given one of the worst products I have ever used. Very disappointed — if staff are unsure, they should be honest rather than suggesting poor-quality items.
