I went into this pharmacy to purchase an S3 product and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Not only did I receive no counselling or advice from the pharmacist — which is a basic requirement for Schedule 3 medicines — but I was also made to feel like I was doing something wrong. I got a flu jab in April. When the Asian lady pharmacist come out of the back room, the young guy with brown skin at the counter told her I was waiting for my flu shot in a very condescending tone, which surprised me, seemed a bitchy thing to do for no reason. She took me in but was quite cold towards me, like she had some problem with me. She put the needle in quite high in my shoulder. I couldn't move my arm for weeks afterwards, it was paralysed. I always purchased my prescriptions in Liverpool Priceline because of convenience. In my experienced, I always come across one of the senior staff not sure of her name. She should go to Cabramatta Priceline to see how helpful and professional the staffs customer services performance.
