fantastic service, all the staff are brilliant to deal with and go the extra mile
“I was using a makeup tester and accidentally used a blender that wasn’t marked ‘not for customer use’. When I apologised, the staff member reacted harshly and was quite rude. There were no clear signs, and I felt very upset by her attitude. That lady should learn better manners and be more considerate to customers.”
