I have shopped in Priceline for a while and never much noticed the service but the other day I had wonderful service from a girl named Laila. She was excellent.
Had a very pleasant conversation and help from one of the female cashiers here. She was knowledgeable and super helpful. After I got the help I thought I needed I looked around in the store, and she even kept thinking about alternative products which would suit my needs better and found me again to recommended those! Super customer service!
It was a pleasure shopping at Priceline today. The customer service was excellent. The staff member was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a terrible experience at Priceline Lane Cove. The staff were extremely slow in processing a simple purchase and payment, which made the whole visit unnecessarily long. To make things worse, the manager was rude and dismissive, offering no apology or attempt to help. Very poor customer service overall. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this store.
