This is the worst priceline I have ever been to. I will avoid it when I can as there are many in my area but sometimes they don’t have the stock I am after so I have to visit Kotara. The team that work here are terrible. Especially the mature aged team. Why work in customer service if you’re going to be rude FOR NO REASON. If you’re unhappy where you work then don’t work there.. You being unhappy doesn’t give you a free pass to treat others like crap!

I often go to this branch and I am always pleased with the quality of service Today I was looking for eyebrow pencils. This is like finding a needle in a haystack! The assistant took the trouble to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't ask for better service.
