Beautiful Roz is truly amazing! She has exceptional customer skills and always takes the time to approach customers to see if they need any assistance. Her expertise in skincare is impressive, and she explains everything so patiently. She's definitely a gem!
I had a very disappointing experience with the female pharmacist on duty today. Rather than engaging in respectful and professional communication, she chose to be sarcastic and condescending when I made a request for a behind the counter product. Based on this experience, I have zero intention of returning to this pharmacy.
