Very rude lady served me today. I was not happy with the service I received at all. Usually the service is great but today this woman must have forgot to take the broom out before coming to work.

Incompetence and a lack of empathy are very seldom found in such concentration in one location. I thought the way it worked was the doctor writes a script and the chemist dispenses it. What I experienced was a callous display of indifference that was astounding even for me and I have seen all sides of humanity. I am used to being treated like an adult rather than being told I can't have medicine my doctor wrote a script for. These people should not be involved with health care in any way. The ladies on Friday mornings are efficient, and even have a sense of humour. I will try the Medadvisor app. Then I can order before I go to town, and pick up my stuff on the walk through to Woolies. It would help if the app had a way to give an indication of when I expect to pick up. Be easier for the staff. In the meantime I will put in my order the night before the morning I go shopping. A dark mode option for the app would be good.
