I had a vaccine that I had bought from another pharmacy (who weren't able to administer it). I called Priceline and asked if they could administer it - they guy told me that it would be ok. I even checked ("are you sure?") and he assured me it was fine. Half an hour or so later I showed up after finding parking at Karrinyup only to be told that they wouldn't do it, because they couldn't vouch for it being kept cold or some crap. No apology for messing me around. Cheers for wasting my time Priceline.

I had this lovely lady named Margaret helped me today. She approached me and asked if I needed help with anything and I told her my concerns and she successfully sorted out a really good hand cream for me. Thank you Margret

This is my local pharmacy so I’m in here at least once a week. Every single pharmacist and store attendant I’ve come across has been so lovely and helpful. I rarely go elsewhere!

I was in Priceline, Karrinyup yesterday. Abi was so helpful and affable. I had taken photos of products i reviewed on line and she went thru them and discussed pros and cons. I took her advice and felt I made some great purchases. Great customer service skills. oh and thanks for recommending the Argan oil, it was a gamechanger!!!
