I was overcharged by the pharmacist for a medication. When I raised the issue, he said ‘it’s what comes up in the system’. I asked another pharmacist about the medication & he confirmed I was overpaying. The pharmacist who overcharged me didn’t even have the curtesy to apologise.
Highly professional and friendly service, addressed all of our concerns and gave helpful advice. Staff were genuine and thorough; we had a reassuring experience.
