I've had two online orders fulfilled by Priceline Ingle Farm in the last few months and they've both been packed with care (including any liquids/gel/sunscreen shipped in a bag to catch potential spills) and included skincare samples and mini lollies as freebies. Other stores have not provided the extras on similar size orders (to be clear, I'm not expecting it) so it appears to be something they choose to provide to improve the experience for the customer.
Date 17/2/2026 Time- 11.45am I recently visited the store to purchase a lipstick. The shade I selected did not have a tester available, even though other shades did. I politely asked a staff member if there was a tester for the number I chose. This is a very normal and reasonable question when buying makeup, as customers need to check the shade before purchasing. online shopping delivery is soooo fast!!
Bad management, inexperienced staff providing useless advice. They will never process a refund even if the product was in-affective.
I went to this pharmacy to sign an identification documents for my course, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The Pharmacist was professional and friendly, and they assisted me right away. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciate their support. Highly recommended!
