I'm quite surprised by some of the reviews on here. I've been using these guys since I moved to the area over 6 months ago and I've found them to be friendly, efficient and professional. I have a few important medical conditions that I need support with and I can't fault them. Earlier in the year aswell whem my mother was staying and she was very unwell, she got really looked after by Yashi. At the time it was so important and the medication advice were all spot on. It made a huge difference to my mothers final few months
After 20+ years managing chronic medical condition and frequenting pharmacies regularly, Priceline Indooroopilly UPPER provide an excellent service. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Please note that recent negative feedback is for the OTHER Priceline pharmacy, which is within the same complex on level one.
Terrible customer service from pharmacy desk staff, lady with reddish brown ponytail was rude, ignoring me that was in line to serve someone that had just walked straight up to the counter, no apology at all and proceeded to give rude looks.
Twice now the pharmacist has had problems understanding what my husband and I are trying to dispense. It was the same pharmacist each time. I will not go here anymore.
