Staff were approachable and helpful. Fair Price.
I came in for a single item today and was immediately overwhelmed by the number of people in the space. I easily would have spent at least half an hour trying to find this one product if not for Tasmin (apologies if I have spelled her name incorrectly). Extremely poor customer service. Walked in and saw an older lady who was staff talking to a customer so i waited about 10 mins until she was done because there were no other staff around. I go close to the older lady and they are talking about kids so i say “sorry i need help with x” and she just disregards me and says “i’m helping his lady give me a minute” and then i wait another 10 mins waiting for her to be free but she keeps giving me dirty looks. Wanting to do a shout out to the wonderful Lara (this was what I remembered from the name tag, but it could be wrong) who assisted me with matching my foundation tone to my skin and also with picking out other makeup items. It’s been a long time since I’ve bought makeup - it’s for an upcoming wedding - and I was so out of my depth. Lara, you're amazing and the shade of foundation you matched for me is literally perfect!
