I've edited my previous 1 Star review.... Only place in Gympie to get funky hair colours so I had to try shop again. Pleasantly surprised, larger young lady helped me straight away, was happy and helpful. Young lady at Register was also very nice and happy to serve, actually a nice experience this time.
Biologists call it 'aposematism' when highly toxic species use bright, unmissable colours as a warning to keep your distance. The rainbow haired creature working here proves this evolutionary theory applies perfectly to humans.
Would not recommend this chemist! They assume and don't listen, giving you products that we didn't want, it is a chemist/staff's job, to listen to the customer, so frustrating! We are not made of money. We were treated like drug addicts, for getting over the counter cough & cold medication. Why is this happening!...
Walked in, no acknowledgement. Walked around for a good 15mins trying to find something. Staff just talking amongst themselves. Made eye contact with young staff member and she turned away. Walked out really shocked. I work in retail too. Poor experience, going to Chemist Warehouse now
Today I was served by a young girl, I found her to be so friendly and helpful. I wish I could tell you her name but she was working on the front desk around lunch time today the 13/12/25. I’ve been to a lot of price lines, but she really made me happy exiting the shop as I’ve never had such a lovely experience before until today
