Walked in, no acknowledgement. Walked around for a good 15mins trying to find something. Staff just talking amongst themselves. Made eye contact with young staff member and she turned away. Walked out really shocked. I work in retail too. Poor experience, going to Chemist Warehouse now
Today I was served by a young girl, I found her to be so friendly and helpful. I wish I could tell you her name but she was working on the front desk around lunch time today the 13/12/25. I’ve been to a lot of price lines, but she really made me happy exiting the shop as I’ve never had such a lovely experience before until today
Good range of stuff and prices seem fair. Didn't actually buy anything though so can't comment on customer service
Lovely people,but CAN YOU PLEASE Have SOMEONE TO PRINT OUT THE TAGS FOR MEDICATION ,WHO'S FASTER ? It is excruciating standing there waiting for ages with a bad knee.
Dreadful customer service from the older lady with glasses that refused to serve us for no reason. She made a younger girl service us. Strange cos your job is customer service. I am not going back
