I just went to get my measles vaccine and I was told that the price was $59. I said that I was ok with that but when I paid it showed $25.95 and I asked the lady sorry wasn’t the cost 59 dollars? She said not is all good that’s the price. She didn’t check with me anymore about the shot not even before she got it into my arm. I looked on my record and she gave me the flu shot! I did never said anything about flu shot. I said twice that I was there to get my Measles Rubella shot…Shocking
Went it to buy a catalogue item that's on sale. Priceline website says item is in stock at the location. However, when I was there, the shelf was empty. I asked the staff if they might have any at the back or displayed elsewhere at the store as online says they are in stock on this location. She just said "no, if it's not there then no". Just before I walked out, I saw more of the same item displayed on a different aisle of the store. If only the store attendant checked and stopped being so lazy. Generally fine chemist, including for vaccinations (one of the few local options who has whooping cough in stock, which is handy). However, was frustrated that a dose wasn’t held for me for a two part vaccination despite getting the first dose here and leaving the script with the pharmacy. For time sensitive two dose jabs this feels like common sense (and is what I’ve seen at other chemists). Recommend specifically asking about a hold on the second dose before getting your first here.
