Marleen’s customer service was poor. Her unprofessional demeanour and hostility from the outset were unacceptable. The store appears to be in disrepair and the staff lack the necessary management skills.
My friend and I were helped through the clearance deals by a lovely woman named Baraa. She helped through the good deals, showed us a cute hack to match our foundations, then helped us sign up for membership. 10/10 service, definetely coming again.
After reading the reviews I’m glad to know it’s not just me. I visited the store today and was followed around from the moment I entered the store. I’m not sure if it’s my appearance that makes it look like I’m going to steal or if they’ve just had a lot of theft in general that they just watch all their customers like a hawk. I actually had stuff I wanted to look at but had to leave as I felt so uncomfortable. I had a terrible experience at Priceline Pharmacy in Greensborough. My friend was pressured into buying a mascara that was clearly opened and used. The barcode was partially torn, and it wasn’t sealed – obvious signs that it had been tampered with. When we pointed this out, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment my friends and I received at this store. From the moment we walked in, we felt uncomfortable because the staff were following us around and watching our every move, making us feel like we weren’t welcome. We were simply three teenagers who came in to buy products for our acne, yet we were treated as if we were doing something wrong. No one else in the store was treated that way — only us.
