Really disappointed with the service today. I came in to fill two hospital scripts for my brother, including Clexane urgently needed. I was served by the pharmacist Shavni, who initially told me the hospital scripts were “not scripts.” I was confused, so I contacted a pharmacist friend and showed them the script photo, and they confirmed it was a legitimate prescription. Horrible service, staff ignored me when I said excuse me to get past them. Checking out the staff was rude and dismissive. Truly disgusting attitude. If the job makes you miserable get a new one.
Very disappointed with the service at Priceline—staff were unhelpful, customer service was poor and rude, and the overall experience did not meet expectations.
