bought a box of Tamiflu at Priceline and was charged $46. My wife bought the exact same brand and packaging at Chemist Warehouse for only $18. That’s an unbelievable price difference for the same prescription medication. I won’t be coming back here again. If you want fair prices, go to Chemist Warehouse instead.

The staff are incredibly rude. I would give them 0 stars if I could. A staff member was stalking me the entire time, being judgy and rude. I held a product to see what it was and to see whether I wanted to buy it, but the lady said that I can't hold the products for so long. I was also forced to leave my bag behind the counter, however other customers were not required to but when I asked why they couldn't their answer was "store policy". Monday, July 21, I went to the pharmacy to get a script filled. The female Indian pharmacist couldn’t read the doctor’s handwriting, despite it being semi-legible AND I knew exactly what it was for as I’ve been taking the same medication for many years. She couldn’t hide her sense of power when she told me she wouldn’t fill the script. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. I’ll never know because I won’t be returning.

Put my script in. Went and got lunch, came back 15mins later. Other people served but mine not done. Queried. Was told I was in line. Up to 25 mins now. More people served, no script. Asked again and got told I had not been queued and pharmacist had someone call in sick and she was doing her best. Why, when it was realised I hadn't been queued was I put to the back of the line? No apology, but reprimanded for asking. Thirty to forty min wait and a cursory "apologies" after being told what's what. Never going back there again... read more
