The only reason I gave one star...is for the one pharmacist who really does give a damn, Katherine, from personal experience...when I asked the "pharmacist in charge" how will I get my medication when I can't physically walk into the pharmacy anymore, I was told by the pharmacist in charge...we will bring it out to you in the carpark, that was fine for a few weeks, then she changed her mind and basically said no more, and told me to find another pharmacy. BULLYING IS NOT TOLERATED BY ANYONE AND IS ILLEGAL , TO TRY TO MAKE SOMEONE DO WHATIS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS PRESENT TIME IS BULLYING...IT WAS A SILENT ULTIMATUM ...Up until a few months ago I would have given 5+ stars, but the true colours of a particular pharmacist were shown today...I have quite a few medical issues, some you can't see and some are painfully obvious like the Scheuermanns disease and Scoliosis, the osteoarthritis is everywhere but noticeable in my hands and now the Charcot Arthropathy, I have to use a crutch... read more

I had to get a script filled for a specialised injection that needed to be ordered in. After ringing other chemists and getting pushed from one to another with no real help and feeling very disheartened it was refreshing to speak to the lovely chemists at Priceline Glenorchy. They were more than willing to take the steps to order in the script, keeping me updated with phone calls along the way and followed up with the supplier when the order was delayed. This made the whole process so much easier and less stressful.
