I recently had to stop by for an emergency prescription due to some health issues and was absolutely delighted with the service and professionalism of the staff. The knowledgeable and empathetic team took time and care to ensure my needs were met. I would highly recommend Ben and his team at Priceline as they offer the personal care that larger, monolithic pharmacies cannot provide. I also got a new toothbrush and some deodorant (which was on sale!).

I called up and specially asked if I could return a perfume and exchange it for a gift box with the same perfume as it was cheaper. I was told yes and to bring the box of perfume back with the receipt and they would exchange it for me. When I got there I was told I couldn’t exchange the perfume as it was a consumerable product. This was after I waited 10 minutes to be served behind one other customer as no one came to help on the register.
