Horrible service it was fine when i went into store i asked to smell the guess iconic perfume i smelt it i asked how much it was she said 30mls for $40 and how ever much the other one was she then grabbed box the box and i asked if it was same one on display she said yes i open it up when i get home to open a tiny perfume not same as Display i then call them to ask for a refund becuase if i new this was the tiny one i would have got the actually display one she the continues to say on the phone because the lady who served me... read more

I used to be greated and there customer service used to be friendly but sadly now when I look around or need anything, I felt that the customer service turned like I was a burden, unless they can get there act together I am going elsewhere.

You need to organise your serving staff. There were 7 people waiting to be served and 3 girls, 2 chatting on the floor. The girl on the till looked for help but the other 2 ignored her. Poor service.

I waited 10 minutes just for someone to finally notice me for me to get some Baby Panadol! If you can’t serve your customers something then don’t have it over the table where people can’t just reach for it. The Asian pharmacist just completly ignored me when she saw me standing there and only needing baby Panadol. Rubbish service , won’t be coming back.
