I took my elderly friend with dementia in to find a lipstick. A lovely assistant I’m pretty sure her name was Violet helped us and was amazing! So patient and helped us pick multiple colours until my friend was happy and she has so patient with us. Thank you for making the day special!

The young cashier Angelika was unfriendly and clearly discriminatory — polite and respectful to white customers, but when it came to me (an Asian customer), she gave no proper greeting and treated me differently. When I pointed this out, she dismissed it by saying “I’m in a rush,” even though she was just standing there at the counter. This behaviour felt unprofessional and discriminatory. Management should seriously train staff on what respect and integrity mean in customer service.
