Lovely staff and great products but unfortunately the layout of the store is confusing and not user friendly. Products are placed according to their brand rather than their category, which makes browsing and locating products very difficult. Came in looking for two body products I'd previously bought from Priceline but after walking around the store for ages, gave up and walked out without buying anything. Frustrating layout which could easily be remedied for an easier shopping experience.
Pharmacists are always incredibly kind and helpful!
I received excellent care and advice from the managing pharmacist Dimity today. She was thorough, provided tailored advice, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She even prescribed antibiotics for my daughter's school sores which ensured we had access to medication when our GP clinic was closed. I've just moved to the area and will definitely be shopping at this pharmacy from now on.
