Very friendly & always helpful team members, only complaint, be it very small, items I want to purchase are often out of stock

I found great range of products here. Staff was lovely and helpful.
Went to enquire about repeats as I only received two copies of my script to my phone. Straight away met with standoffish staff who automatically claimed I had already had the scripts dispensed after asking to check when I had come to get these scripts there was an issue to do with a sister club number which confused me but staff could not explain in a manner in which would make sense to a customer with no knowledge of their system.
