The manager who worked on the 15th of January in the evening provided poor service. The product had already been pre-ordered by customers, but they didn't take it off the floor. When they went to buy it, they said it was all out. They spoke rudely, and the service was poor. It's better to change the manager with a more service-minded approach.
Came in recently to get a few bits and bobs - mainly skincare and a lovely individual named Maya helped me with her personal recommendations on a few serums. This place has great customer service, great job!
