Very disappointed. I dropped in a script and it was then changed to a more expensive version of the medication I was asking for without my consent
Found some clearance items out front and went in store to purchase. I saw a counter up the back, there were 5 staff and only another couple in store. I stood there for 5 minutes watching staff staring at me, me waving items in my hands and they didn't move. Finally a very timid lady came up and asked if I need help. I said "I've been standing here a while, I just want to buy these items". She pointed to a counter near the exit, an empty counter, still no service.
