I had a very terrible experience.They made me wait for more than 1/2 hour just for a common medicine. I just wanna say that even my GP consultation and procedures didn’t take this much time.The staff doesn’t have any idea about the price. They even lose my prescription. So careless and unprofessional staff.
An absolute arrogant staff, no telephone manners at all. This guy with heavy accent just hang up on me for asking if he can see any other store has the meds i need. ( 20 july at 12:54pm) I hope management sees this and give this gentleman some telephone training.
All the girls are wonderful. Helpful polite and are a credit to your store. I can’t recommend them enough
Walked in and looked for assistance but all staff seemed to ignore me or walked away when I approached them and asked for assistance eventually I googled what I was looking for and purchased it will not be shopping here again.
They messed up my scripts.. cannot buy one of my medicines despite not having used and bought that script for that medicine.. I have to go back to see my GP to get a new script.. On the other hand, the person-to-person customer talking/dealing is okey, i've been their customer for years.. Just that they messed up my scripts.. might not come back for a while with this bad experience.. to others custumers, check your scripts after buying to avoid disappointment..
