This afternoon at around 3:20 pm, I visited the Priceline store in Cronulla and was served by Lucia. I purchased a small deodorant and, after paying, politely asked if I could have a small paper bag. Unfortunately, the interaction changed noticeably at that point. Lucia appeared unhappy with my request, gave me a very unfriendly look, placed the deodorant in the bag, and when I said, “Thank you,” I was completely ignored. Usually receive great service however (and to reiterate another customers experience below) I was just very rudely addressed on the phone by someone who could really do with some further training on customer experience.

Spoken to like a dog over the phone for requesting an emergency script for a medication I have taken for 6 years. It wasn't the refusal, it was the complete unwillingness to help someone at their wits end, and to do so in such a disrespectful tone. Went to Chemist Warehouse and they looked at my health record and allowed me an emergency script Worst week of my life and some clown rudely refused me an emergency supply of a non addictive, commonly used antidepressant, Speaking to me like a junkie. Am beyond pissed off
