I’m very disappointed with the service I received regarding the Baby & Me promotion at Priceline. I called ahead and was told there were already two people “on hold” for the bag, but that it would go to whoever arrived first. Based on that information, I travelled over half an hour to the store, only to be told when I arrived that someone else had already placed it on hold and was coming to collect it, despite being told on the phone it was first come, first served. I went in to ask for something specific i couldnt find it, i approached one of the workers that was so nice if they had what i was after, she had asked the other worker and the other blonde lady didnt even care to check or look said “ No we don't have it” huffed and puffed like a bear with disrespect and attitude for no reason.
