I want to say a massive thank you to the wonderful staff who were working today, 23/09/26. My Mum was in your store today looking for makeup and she was a bit unsure of what to get and was having a bit of a yucky day and you all went above and beyond to help her with everything she needed and made her feel so much better. You took your time, you didn’t rush and you helped her so much. Thank you all so much, you have no idea how much Mum and I appreciate your kindness and help ☺️☺️☺️
Very helpful and professional staff in a nice clean store (five stars). I had an issue with a click and collect order not being packed with the correct quantity of a product (minus one star). I can tell the staff really tried their best and provided a couple of options to rectify the issue. Overall, I am happy to recommend Priceline Cowes, but suggest checking your click and collect order before leaving the store so they can resolve any issues.
