Disgusting behaviour of chemist, illegally withholding people's medications and trying to disbute doctors orders without any leg to stand on, they have been reprimanded by GPs already, do they not learn? Your chemists need to realise they are not medical doctors and pretending as much isn't going to get them any further than an already terrible reputation around Geelong and getting themselves in trouble. Expect legal ramifications, your chemist is being reported.

I'm disabled and regularly get medications from my doctor, I received 2 scripts from him to get filled as needed, the chemist decided that she knew better and refused my script, it was too late to go anywhere else and I only travel by public transport so I will go the next week and a half without the medication I require because a chemist superseded the authorized script by a doctor.

bloody pathetic my daughter put a script in for me today as was feeling ill as recovering from surgery so she went and put it in while I grabbed a few things in Coles next door. On getting home . I open chemist bag to take my medication to find its the wrong one when my DR stipulated on script no substitute been trying to ring for last 50 minutes and their Phone is constantly engaged.I rarely use this pharmacy as have had problems before and use the other pharmacy in the centre today I wasn't feeling well so wanted to get in... read more
