The female pharmacist attending at Priceline Coogee in Nov 2024 was most unfriendly and dismissive with the questions asked about the medication. She made you feel as if she is doing you a favour as a Priceline customer and was very cranky and unhelpful. No smiles, no how are you, or sorry to keep you waiting and thank you. I got the flu vaccine by appointment here yesterday for the first time. When she gave me the jab, she didn’t even touch my arm with her hand or wear gloves, and she didn’t wipe my arm with alcohol first. She injected me while keeping a gap between her hand and my arm. Seriously?
Whoever the young male chemist on 21/03 at 3 PM was, he should be commended. Rapid, polite, genuine and helpful. A real improvement on most pharmacists.
