Terrible experience. I ran into a messy shelf full of clearance products. As soon as I picked one up, an Asian female staff member appeared behind me, yelling, “Do not open it!” I told her I wasn’t going to, but she yelled again, insisting that I had. I showed her that the shelf was full of opened products and that the one in my hands was already opened. I immediately put the product back and left the store. Such disappointing experience here I've ever had! Im a tourist here in Melbourne for holiday living in Sofitel. I asked the manager (a lady wearing a mask called Amy?) for help finding an item, and she said shes very busy at that moment in an annoyed anger tone. But right after that, she happily helped a customer she seemed to know, while I had been standing there waiting with no assistance.
