Came on a weekday at lunchtime to fill 2 electronic prescriptions and collect a hair product. The scripts were super fast and staff helped me promptly with the click to collect. Friendly and professional.
Terrible experience. I ran into a messy shelf full of clearance products. As soon as I picked one up, an Asian female staff member appeared behind me, yelling, “Do not open it!” I told her I wasn’t going to, but she yelled again, insisting that I had. I showed her that the shelf was full of opened products and that the one in my hands was already opened. I immediately put the product back and left the store.
