11:15am July 22 2026. Easily the best pharmacy experience I've ever had. I called ahead and spoke with a staff member who had exceptional customer service, provided accurate information and followed through with what she promised. When I arrived I was in and out with my prescription in under 2 minutes. The store was clean and organised... what more can I say?

I have never wrote an actual review in my life but just had to for my experience here. Walked and just had a question for the lady who was the pharmacist, the woman with the black hair. She took less than a second and immediately just disregarded my question and was quite rude after when answering it. Never been to a pharmacy in my life like this, every pharmacy around here is so lovely and so welcoming. So sad to experience that

Tom provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of his way to help me. He assisted me in getting much-needed electrolytes to my daughter, who was in Melbourne on holiday and had become quite unwell. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier, and without his assistance, the situation could have become much more serious. Came on a weekday at lunchtime to fill 2 electronic prescriptions and collect a hair product. The scripts were super fast and staff helped me promptly with the click to collect. Friendly and professional.

Terrible experience. I ran into a messy shelf full of clearance products. As soon as I picked one up, an Asian female staff member appeared behind me, yelling, “Do not open it!” I told her I wasn’t going to, but she yelled again, insisting that I had. I showed her that the shelf was full of opened products and that the one in my hands was already opened. I immediately put the product back and left the store.
