An absolutely appalling chemist. It's not so much that they make mistakes constantly (that must add up to thousands of dollars in error) it's the completely disgraceful response when an error is brought to their attention. I recon this is the worst pharmacy on the coast. Staff is usually very unhelpful with long waiting times for medication to be given.
Great product range and very helpful staff
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be named. The staff member greeted the customer before me, ignored me when I said “hi,” and then greeted the customer after me. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or someone being “busy” — it was selective. If this is not intentional, then staff need better training. If it is, then it’s a clear example of microaggression. Either way, being deliberately excluded from basic courtesy is not acceptable.
