I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be named. The staff member greeted the customer before me, ignored me when I said “hi,” and then greeted the customer after me. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or someone being “busy” — it was selective. If this is not intentional, then staff need better training. If it is, then it’s a clear example of microaggression. Either way, being deliberately excluded from basic courtesy is not acceptable.

Avoid: Poor service and opportunistic pricing. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for roughly 10 years, choosing convenience over their consistently high prices. Today, I was told by staff that a script (expired by only two weeks), could have been processed at the owner’s discretion "if I were a loyal customer." Terrible experience. The pharmacist was completely unprofessional and even mocked me while I was asking about my prescription. No respect, no empathy, just rude behaviour. I'll nwvee return to this place.
