Edit, definitely your chemist, happy to post the recipient if need be. You mentioned its common practice to look up cold and flu tablets, thats not the issue. The issue was being questioned and treated like a criminal for needing one packet in 2 years. To then have the staff member rudely direct the comments to the pharmacist in front of half a dozen people, asking is this enough time between packets. The worst experiences I’ve ever had have been at this chemist. First visit — I needed to purchase cold and flu tablets for my husband. The young guy behind the counter treated me like I was asking for something illegal. He looked up my purchase history and told me the last time I bought them was August 2024… it’s now 2026.
