I always love their service. The regular pharmacist can remember my name even when getting my scripts from record without me saying anything. I always love their front desk. They always have my script medicine available as well as the ones off the shelf :-)
Recently visited the store (Saturday 13th December) to get scripts for my mum as I'm her carer. Pharmacist claimed numbers on script were wrong compared to health care card and couldn't fill script. This was an out and out lie. Lucky mums medication was not urgent. How his man hold a Pharmacist licence when he lies to customers is beyond me. Disgraceful.
Pharmacist Anika was quite rude when I entered the store asked for assistance and didn’t bother to greet.
Fiona from Priceline pharmacy castletown is amazing! She was so helpful in answering all of my questions about skincare, and you could tell she genuinely cared about giving you the right products :)
My experience today was nothing short of great - Fiona, who served me, answered all of my questions and nothing was too much to ask. She helped me find all the products I was looking for and even went out of her way to show me the different ranges and help choose which one was best suited to me. What an asset she is to this store.
