Pharmacist Anika was quite rude when I entered the store asked for assistance and didn’t bother to greet.

My experience today was nothing short of great - Fiona, who served me, answered all of my questions and nothing was too much to ask. She helped me find all the products I was looking for and even went out of her way to show me the different ranges and help choose which one was best suited to me. What an asset she is to this store. Front counter deserves 5 stars. They have always, without fault been amazing. On the chemist side, the interactions are more like an interrogation. Most recently for a children's worming product I got told not to worm my kids unless there is an issue. Well I wouldn't be there asking for it if there wasn't, basic accusation of worming for fun. Can someone explain to me why this isn't open on a Thursday night as it says it is? I relied on it as couldn't get to aitkenvale after leaving the doctors with my son needing his scripts filled before tomorrow. Was let down,castletown was open this place was not please change opening hours online.
