I recently had an amazing experience at Priceline, a lovely young lady called Julia came to my aid, as I came in frazzled with very grumpy and under the weather toddler. Julia quickly approached us realising my struggle, she suggested products that would help and quickly rang them up. She was so empathetic and considerate, she truly is a gift to your business. Thank you, thank you Julia.
VIsited Carnes Hill yesterday, frustrated coming from a supermarket with No customers service, within the centre. A young man greated me at door. I asked if they have castor oil, wow he blew me away, obviously nowing his stock.Took me straight to shelves and explained they did have, larger bottle in another section if needed? priceline carnes hill has become my go to store to buy cosmetics and fragrances. i always come in on saturday mornings, and the staff are always accomodating and friendly. the young woman assisting me in fragrances on saturdays always recommends good perfumes for gifts and for myself. staff members always go above and beyond to try and find testers if it isn't already on the shelf. very impressed with the dedications!! the young asian girl at registers is always very polite too, remembers me and always makes friendly small t... read more
