Usually there’s friendly and helpful/knowledgable staff but the other day I went to get a cream from the pharmacy section expecting conversation about the condition and what would work best, but the guy behind the counter just impatiently tossed a $5.99 off brand one into a box and gave it to me with no further inquiry. The cream turned out to be useless and I had to go to Terry White for a better one.
I can pop in, grab what I need and be on my way. On this occasion the pharmacist was helpful and there was a short wait while thecounter staff was assisting other customers. The prices are competitive and you can join their club for free to earn points and receive discounts.
I was prescribed 50 tablets of 2mg medication, but the pharmacy dispensed 100 tablets of 500mcg instead, which is only half of the prescribed total dosage. I was also charged for the original 2mg prescription. Fortunately, I checked the medication carefully myself. A dispensing error like this could have serious consequences if a patient does not notice the difference in strength. This experience seriously affected my confidence in the pharmacy’s accuracy and reliability.
Walked in my local pharmacy last night to get anti d as I am about to run out however Priceline Carindale didn't release E script back to me I still have 1 more repeat. They open at 10 am. Lucky I have one more paper left. This is outrageous.
My daughter & I walked in to look at perfume was not greeted young girl came rushing over stood right beside us eye balling us as if we there to steal lost rudest store staff I’ve ever come across within seconds of us entering the store without us acting suspiciously didn’t touch a thing . Yes we are indigenous she bought expensive perfume to prove we not broke we not thieves. I wouldn’t waste my time money store upper level at carindale .
