The pharmacist demonstrated a concerning lack of knowledge, and common sense. Several prescriptions were declined for reasons that were unreasonable or justifiable basis. As an emergency dentist, I found the level of knowledge and professional judgment extremely disappointing and concerning. I will be recommending that my patients take their prescriptions elsewhere!
Mostly the service is good, but I am disappointed to know that they don't honour a 12 month warranty on sunglasses, so I won't be buying them there again.
Usually there’s friendly and helpful/knowledgable staff but the other day I went to get a cream from the pharmacy section expecting conversation about the condition and what would work best, but the guy behind the counter just impatiently tossed a $5.99 off brand one into a box and gave it to me with no further inquiry. The cream turned out to be useless and I had to go to Terry White for a better one.
I can pop in, grab what I need and be on my way. On this occasion the pharmacist was helpful and there was a short wait while thecounter staff was assisting other customers. The prices are competitive and you can join their club for free to earn points and receive discounts.
I was prescribed 50 tablets of 2mg medication, but the pharmacy dispensed 100 tablets of 500mcg instead, which is only half of the prescribed total dosage. I was also charged for the original 2mg prescription. Fortunately, I checked the medication carefully myself. A dispensing error like this could have serious consequences if a patient does not notice the difference in strength. This experience seriously affected my confidence in the pharmacy’s accuracy and reliability.
