The staff at Priceline Capalaba Central are just great. I go in there. They're always helpful. Always happy. Always go out of their way to make sure I get the product I need .
I went into the Capalaba store for some lip scrub and balm & couldn’t locate the brand I was chasing so I approached a staff member as it was listed as in stock in store however the lady with very blonde hair gave me a quite judgemental look and stated she wasn’t sure where it would be as she “had never had a problem either her lips and has never needed to use anything clearly and touched her lips” saying can’t you tell. Worst customer service ever. Took my mum to get a script filled and was treated with utter contempt and disrespect by the staff was made to feel like an incompetent person. She has taken the same medication for 30+ years and was treated like a child
Dani was so helpful and knowledgeable in both makeup and skincare. I walked in on a whim, didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything on the spot and walked out feeling excited about my sample pots!
