If you're after Ordinary products, you might want to look elsewhere. I went in today to get the lash & brow serum and lip balm combo. I was confused when I went to the counter and they took the box away to get the product. I realised that it must be a dummy box for the shelf. So I was kind of horrified when they brought the loose products out, sellotaped together, and put them in the unsealed box.
