The customer service I received from Sophie on Thursday was wonderful. The store was busy and most staff were flitting about putting stock away, but Sophie was the only staff member to stop what she was doing to assist me. Had she not given me the level of service she did, I would have been inclined to give a much more negative review as I had been ignored by 2 staff before I came across her. I had an outstanding experience at Priceline Pharmacy Canberra Centre. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by two incredible staff members, Marah and Sophie. Marah went above and beyond in a way you rarely see anymore. I simply asked where the band-aids were, and instead of pointing, she insisted on personally taking me there—even though she was about to go on her break.
