Me and my friend got into an accident involved a line scooter stack where we flew over the handlebars. Out of panic we swiftly rushed into the pharmacy aka Priceline where we met a staff member called Lara who attended our wounds efficiently. We couldn’t be more grateful for this action and we recognise the kindness she provided.
Stock availability was limited and a little disappointing, but this was made up for by the exceptional service I received from both Lara and then Lauren on Friday afternoon. Lara’s friendly and bubbly attitude made my shopping experience so enjoyable, and Lauren was beyond helpful - her product knowledge across both skincare and allergy medicine was second to none!
I recently visited this store as I needed some medication for my severe allergies. The pharmacist, Diana, was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable in providing me with options of over the counter medication which I could take to manage my allergies. Her customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend coming to this Priceline to speak to Diana if you ever need any advice. We need more pharmacist like Diana!
Checkout lady applied a donation on my transaction without even asking me. When I queried this charge as I was paying, she seemed to think it was a mandatory charge. She then yelled out loudly “this lady doesn’t want to pay for the donation” to get her manager to come out and fix it. Also made me feel self conscious, especially with other customers in the queue. Donation charges should be up to the discretion of customers. Would have happily made a donation if she had asked for my consent in the first place, not straight up... read more
