I had a fantastic experience in store yesterday morning. I was served by someone who I believe was visiting the store from upper management (she was wearing a uniform shirt but dressed more ‘corporate’ than the other staff) but she was so helpful. I regularly shop at Priceline Canberra Centre and have usually had good experiences, but today was really disappointing. I had come directly from my 6am full-time shift, so I wasn’t dressed up or looking my best, and I felt that one staff member treated me noticeably differently and was quite rude and dismissive.
