I’d give zero if I could! I asked if they had a shade of foundation as there was none on the shelf. The girl checked the draws and said they have them but they can’t give it to me because the stock is not opened. It’s because it was on sale they didn’t want to sell it at the discount price that’s all. Disappointing I will be contacting Priceline head office regarding this. I refused to purchase what I was going to purchase due to this… absolutely appalling!

I’ve worked in pharmacy for nearly 10 years and know what good customer service means. Today I asked a lady working if she can price match an item for me that is marked up way higher than it should be, and she made it seem like she was doing me a favour and that they’re “not supposed to but she’ll do it for me today” sorry?
