I’ve worked in pharmacy for nearly 10 years and know what good customer service means. Today I asked a lady working if she can price match an item for me that is marked up way higher than it should be, and she made it seem like she was doing me a favour and that they’re “not supposed to but she’ll do it for me today” sorry? Very disappointing experience. The male chemist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I waited over 15 minutes, only to be told to wait another 5–10 minutes for a simple script. I ended up cancelling it and went to the Day and Night Pharmacy just a few doors down - they were friendly, efficient, and had me sorted in under 5 minutes even with other customers waiting. Won’t be returning to Priceline.
Great pharmacy! Special mention to pharmacist Tom who is always so friendly, helpful and with a keen eye to detail.
