I had a delicate conversation with both pharmacists today about my daughter’s medication and they were both so wonderful and explained everything so thoroughly and with so much kindness. When I left I was a little teary at receiving such wonderful service. Thankyou guys 🤩🤩
I was genuinely shocked by how good the service was here. I came during a busy Black Friday period. I was struggling to maneuver my pram, and the pharmacist (I’m 90% sure his name was Matt, apologies if it wasn’t) saw me looking around and came up to ask if he could help. He even went out the back and retrieved some items for me! And then I even got a script filled that I had put in the ‘too hard’ basket for today.
