Really lovely experience at Priceline Pharmacy Cabramatta. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in, and all the ladies there were so kind, helpful, and friendly. They made everything easy and gave great customer service. Definitely one of the best Priceline stores I’ve been to!
Hôm nay tôi có mua 1 chai dầu thơm ở Priceline Cabramatta. Tôi thật sự thất vọng vì nó không giữ mùi dù chỉ nửa tiếng. Tôi có quay lại nói chuyện với nhân viên và người quản lý ở đó để tìm cách giải quyết. Họ đã làm mất thời gian của tôi mà không giải quyết được gì. Tôi cảm thấy như mình bị gạt và tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại mua bất cứ thứ gì từ cửa hàng này nữa.
I received really bad customer service when I came into Priceline Pharmacy around 4pm. One of the younger employees had an annoying pouty, rude look on her face the whole time and kept ignoring me whenever I tried to speak to her. Most of the other workers had their hair tied up but hers wasn’t. Her hair was extremely long and just left down, which looked unprofessional and unhygienic for a pharmacy setting. Came to get a script filled that was written by a certified GP at a cosmetic treatment clinic and was refused to have the script filled. I went to chemist warehouse at Liverpool and had it filled no problems! The information was all there (prac number, address, gp name, medication info, practice info etc) and by law it was all correct. Just because it wasnt on the paper usually used does not mean its invalid according to the rules and regulations in NSW.
