Hit and miss... usually the latter. Shop girls seem to be more interested in chatting than manning the till, while the dispensary is sloooow, easily confused and unprofessional much of the time these days. The queuing/waiting line system is non-existent and sometimes you are simply forgotten about. Staff don't seem to care if we are 5-deep waiting to drop off, while the desk is un-staffed. I have to sit on the oversized unused blood pressure machine's seat, due to the lack of seating if I'm desperate or stupid enough to wait... read more
Lots of staff laughing and huddled around the counter, one said really loud "excuse me!" I turned around and they were all giggling. Nobody asked if I needed help finding something. Went to get my prescription filled , staff member said they would be with me in a minute but after 3 minutes no help so I ended up walking out. I will never come back to this pharmacy
